Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Purchasing your tickets in advance secures your spot to jump and is recommended, especially on weekends, as we frequently sell out. Walk-ins are always welcome and typically, we are able to accommodate you. Purchase tickets here.
Is there an entrance fee?
There is no entrance fee. If you wish to follow children along the black floor around the trampolines, you can wear your shoes.
Do I need to buy Rush socks?
All jumpers at Rush must wear Rush trampoline socks ($3 each). You may rewear them when you visit Rush, as long as they don’t have holes and still have grips.
Can I reuse my Rush socks?
Yes! You may reuse Rush socks as long as they still have grips and no holes. For better longevity, wash them inside out and air dry.
What clothing is recommended?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes with no sharp objects such as belts or clothing studs. All jumpers must wear Rush socks.
Can I bring in outside food/drinks?
To keep the park clean, we ask that you do not bring in any outside food or drinks. We have a drink vending machine and water fountains inside the park.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Discover and American Express, as well as personal checks and cash.
Is there a weight limit?
Our trampolines have a 275-lb. weight limit.
How can I make my visit to Rush more efficient and enjoyable?
We encourage all customers to complete a waiver and purchase jump tickets in advance for a quicker check-in process and smoother visit to Rush. Both tasks can be completed online here.
Is a new waiver required each time I jump?
Waivers are valid for one year. If you completed a waiver prior to turning 18, you must complete a new waiver when you turn 18.
How can I watch my children jump?
You may sit in the Parent’s Lounge or watch from the designated black surfaces. Jumpers must be 13 years or older to jump without an adult present. If you wish to follow children around on the trampolines, you must purchase Rush socks.
What attractions are at Rush?
We have a main trampoline court, a dodgeball court, foam pits, a slam dunk court, high dive, battle beam, Sweeper and a Ninja Course!
Are there any age limits/restrictions?
Rush welcomes ALL ages! To see our general and speciality admission prices and times, please visit the "tickets" page. Jumpers must be 13 years or older to jump without an adult. Jumpers must be 8 years or older to play Virtual Reality.
What is the age requirement to work at Rush?
You must be at least 16 years old to work at Rush.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards can be purchased via the link at the bottom of our “tickets” page or click here. Gift cards must be redeemed in-person at Rush.
